Que: How much loan we can get on these plots? Ans: You can loan upto 70% of the circle rate while in case the cheque value is higher, the private banks like ICICI and HDFC bank can provide upto 90% of the loan on cheque value.
Que: What is the process of getting loan and how disbursement will be done? Ans: 1st buyer must apply for loan and get a sanction letter in hand. Once loan is sanctioned, the banks will start process of disbursement. The disbursement will be done at the time of registry.
Que: What is farmer compensation amount. Ans: The farmer compensation to be paid by seller. It is approx Rs. 10500 per sq meter or Rs. 8500 per sq yard. It needs to be paid to YEIDA authority directly.
